Up to ~50 people; lots of flexability via fire wedding packages: elopement, mansion wedding, Sunday afternoon weddings, etc.

Low-key but refined gatherings: retreats, family milestones, bachelorette weekends, business off-site meetings, etc.

Beautiful gardens, wraparound porch, indoor parlors; historic Queen Anne setting for elegant yet relaxed gatherings.

Up to ~25 guests for intimate weddings; for larger parties up to ~150 for outdoor events (seasonal). Indoor rooms accommodate smaller numbers.
